Requirements:
- B. Com preferably Sales and Marketing option.
- Minimum 4 Years’ experience in sales and marketing department with at least 2 years of working experience as Sales team lead or Sales Manager.
- Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Confident and dynamic personality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and Customer centric
- Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Experience in working with and exceeding sales targets
- Prospecting skills, good negotiator
- Itinerary/route planning
- Market and products knowledge
- Presentation skills.
