Our client, Healthcare industry is looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and grow to join our team as Medical Representative.
Medical Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Selling the company’s products to eye care workers and other relevant healthcare organizations.
- Scheduling appointments with eye care workers to promote company products.
- Identifying and establishing new business
- Negotiating contracts
- Developing an in-depth understanding of eye care products
- Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Following up on leads generated by the company.
- Preparing presentations for potential customers.
- attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Researching competitor’s products and their respective market performances.
- Maintaining detailed records and timely reports
- Keeping abreast of new developments in the eye care field to determine the effect of such developments on the company’s business strategies.
Medical Representative Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Ophthalmology, Optometry, nursing, Biomedical Engineering, life sciences or related field.
- Proven medical sales experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Persuasive and resilient.
