Job Role
Plan, oversee, manage and control the marketing activities in all Company’s business lines including sales and distribution operations
Oversee customer relations activities, understand customer’s requirements and provide them with services that exceed their expectations.
Regular market evaluation, add new markets and increase Company’s share in the existing and new markets.
Ensure that staff are focused on profitability, growth targets and building the brand equity and in support of the strategic direction.
Develop and implement the sales and marketing policies and procedures
- Requirements
At least 3years of experience as sales and marketing manager in cleaning industry,landscaping,relocation,pest control, repair and maintenance services.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Team Management- tender specialists, telesales, sales representatives, social media specialists and client relationship managers a team of 8 pax
- Minimum 3 years ‘experience in a managerial role.
- Recommendation letters from previous employers is a must
Degree in marketing, business studies or a relevant discipline is a must
