SALES and MARKETING EXECUTIVE (KSH 30,000+ commission)

 Our client, is looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and grow to join our team as a SALES & ARKETING EXECUTIVE to be based in Mombasa.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
  2. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  3. Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
  4. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  5. Staying current in the industry

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Sales and Marketing
  • Have 1-2 yrs of experience in a recruitment firm
  • Must have 25yrs and above of age
