Sales and Marketing Executive (Salary KSH 15,000 + Commission)
Job brief
Our client who is a Logistics company based in Nairobi is looking for a high-performing Sales and Marketing executive  to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales
potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management



  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Daily reports
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns



  • 1 Year experience on beverages especially bottled water
  • Goods written and verbal communication skill in English language.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent people skills
