1.To win new supermarkets as clients.

2.To increase new product listings at all supermarkets.

3.To visit supermarkets on a daily, weekly etc. basis to: –

-Maintain and improve relationship.

-To resolve issues.

-To increase shelf space.

-To improve facing/displays etc.

4.To complete all administration issues:

-Price lists creation, amendments etc.


-Stock sheets.

-Monitoring schedules etc.

5.To maintain, motivate and manage all issues pertaining to the merchandising team.

6.Advise management on upcoming new supermarkets and branches.

7.Meeting with key personnel, directors at head office and at branch level to promote our key objective.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • A degree holder or its equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in the field.
  • A minimum of 1-3 yrs. experience.
  • Should be a mature person with ability to make sound decisions in the interest of the company.
