SALES EXECUTIVE (LAND) (KSH 30,000-35,000)
Our client, in the REAL ESTATE industry is looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and grow to join our team as a SALES EXECUTIVE (LAND).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy
- Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activities
- Monitoring the property (Land) markets to identify potential leads
- Maintaining contact with our clientele by sending them newsletters and updates
- Cooperating with current business partners on potential projects
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Sales and Marketing
- Have 1-2 yrs of experience in Land sales
- Must have 25yrs and above of age
