We are seeking to fill the position of Manager-Road Assist Services to lead a team of professionals in executing the strategic business growth initiatives to achieve revenue, profit and customer experience targets.
Job Summary;
Reporting to the Head of Technical and Commercial Services the role holder will be in-charge of our 24 – hour road assist and rescue services through our Road Rescue online platform and call center. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategic business growth initiatives to achieve department’s set targets.
Minimum job requirements
- A business related, Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent degree.
- Experience in Automotive related industry will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership
