Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar financial analysis role, with a strong focus on data management and Excel expertise.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA programming.
- Strong financial analysis skills to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Business acumen and a deep understanding of the organization’s business model, industry dynamics, and market trends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions and data-driven recommendations.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to clearly convey financial information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial management systems. Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with finance and accounting best practices.
- Data security awareness and a strong sense of integrity when handling sensitive financial data.
- Adaptability to changing business conditions and adjusting financial strategies accordingly.
- Critical thinking skills to assess situations objectively and evaluate financial risks.
