- DIPLOMA/DEGREE in HOSPITALITY.
- 25-35 years of age.
- 5 years of experience as a JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
- 2 years as a CHEF DE PARTIE
- 1 year as a SOUS CHEF
- Conversant with culinary arts
- Vast experience in international cuisine
- Vast experience in live cooking
