Our client is looking to hire an IT TECHNICIAN to join their team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-4 years working experience in the same field.
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Development of software (HR and Inventory control) tailored for their operations.
