1. Recruitment and management electronic sales distributors
  2. Analyzes communication needs of customer and consults with staff engineers regarding technical problems.
  3. Trains establishment personnel in equipment use, utilizing knowledge of electronics and product sold.
  4. Recommends equipment to meet customer requirements, considering salable features, such as flexibility, cost, capacity, and economy of operation.
  5. Negotiates terms of sale and services with customer.
  6. Sells electrical or electronic equipment, such as computers, data processing and radiographic equipment to businesses and industrial establishments.
  7. managing regional distributors
  8. managing of retailers.
  9. Stock management at both RD and retail level
  10. Managing branding and promotions in the areas assigned.
  11. Collecting and analyzing sales and marketing intelligence data.
  12. Pushing for sale.
  13. Opening new accounts and delivering sales presentations and pitches to potential clients.
  14. Organizing daily and weekly work schedules to meet set sales targets
  15. Preparing sales reports indicating the performance of various outlets and recommendations for courses of action.
  16. Keeping sales records for all clients

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/certificate in sales and marketing or a related field
  • Must have experience in the Field
  • Has more than 2 years of experience in retail sales.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
  • Location: Nairobi
