We are seeking a motivated and innovative individual to join our team as an E-commerce Administrator. As an E-commerce Administrator, they will be responsible for various tasks including brand sourcing, pricing analysis, data organization, and any other assigned duties within this range.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing: Utilize effective strategies to identify and establish contacts with individuals responsible for international distribution through emails, calls and meetings.

Pricing: Utilize Excel functions to manipulate pricing data, and perform analysis, to help in making informed decisions.

Data Organization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the appropriate formats, utilizing various online storage platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, IT, or related fields.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel.
  • Basic accounting knowledge to support pricing and financial analysis.
  • Ability to convert documents into different formats as needed.
  • Experience in web scraping techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in sending emails and making international calls.
  • Familiarity with data organization and cloud storage systems.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently
