Our client is looking for a Customer care/Front Desk Executive who will be responsible for:

Job Description

  • Answering questions about a company’s products or services
  • Processing orders and transactions
  • Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
  • Delivering information about a company’s offerings
  • Providing proactive customer outreach
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
  • Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in any business management, customer service or related field
  • Must have 3 years of experience in a call center or a busy customer care desk
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer application skills especially Ms word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Great negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Experience in customer training
  • Capable of working with minimum supervision
  • Able to work with strict weekly and monthly targets
