Our client, in the SECURITY industry is looking for a candidate who is willing to join their team as a CONTROL ROOM OPERATORS.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Female Aged 25yrs and above
- Diploma in business management, Customer service or Information technology – completed
- Good flair of general IT applications
- At least 3 years’ experience in a busy inquiries desk
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
- Fluency in English and Swahili
- Excellent report writing skills
- Capable of working with minimal supervision
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good team player
- Capable of working day and night shifts
- Credible references
