Roles:
- Managing a company’s overall operations
- Driving Profitability
- Managing microfinance organizational structure, strategies and development
- Communicating with the board
Qualifications:
- Masters/Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years and above as a CEO, CFO or COO in a non deposit taking microfinance bank
- 38 years and above, any gender
