Salary KSH: 15,000-20,000

Our client who is a leading and dynamic Sacco in HOMABAY, seeks to invite qualified persons to apply for the position of accounts clerk.

ACCOUNTS CLERK
Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accounting records:
    • Update the society’s cashbooks daily.
    • Analyze receipts and payments for posting to the general ledger weekly.
    • Prepare weekly bank reconciliations.
    • Update the Fixed Assets register monthly basis.
    2. Updating members statements to ensure timely reporting
    3. Processing of payments:
    4. Any other duty as may be required by your supervisor.

 

Qualifications:

  1. CPA Part II
  2. Hands on experience with Financial Accounting software. Skills
  3. Sound ICT skills, Good communication and interpersonal skills, Analytical skills.
  4. Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet strict deadlines.
