AFTER SALES MANAGER

Our client based in Nairobi is looking for an After Sales Manager.

Qualifications: –

  1. Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  2. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  3. At least Six (6) years’ progressive experience in the after sales field and having worked as an after sales manager before.

Functional Skills: –

  1. Decision making and Problem-solving.
  2. Analyzing information and evaluating.
  3. Scheduling Work and Activities capabilities
  4. Conflicts resolution and Negotiation.
  5. Strategic.
  6. Ability to drive operational excellence.
  7. Good Communication Skills.
  8. Financial– Understanding profit.
  9. Business acumen.
  10. Ability to manage and sort through
  11. multiple sets of numbers.
  12. Attention to detail.
  13. Interpersonal skills.
