Our client, a security firm in Nairobi, is looking for a Senior Security Sales Team Member.

 

Qualifications & skills

  1. Minimum 30 years and above
  2. At least 3 years’ experience in sales with at least 3 years of security guarding and alarm sales work in a busy and progressive Security Company.
  3. Valid Driver’s License
  4. Credible reference and proven track record of performance and achievement of targets
  5. Good negotiation skills
  6. Knowledgeable in tendering process
  7. Good track record of achievement of sales targets
  8. Good leadership skills – capable of being developed into a managerial role
  9. High integrity  and capable of demonstrating loyalty to the company
  10. Preferably with own vehicle that the company can fuel

 

Duties and responsibilities

 

  • Develop an effective sales team and ensure consistent achievement of monthly sales target.
  • Manage, monitor, and support leaders and colleagues regarding customer escalations for the purpose of conflict resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate inter-departmental communication to effectively provide customer support.
  • Guide in creation and development of most effective advertising layouts for the markets to maximize good output and results
